A revised version of the online safety training “Radiation Protection – Supervised Area” is now available

A revised version of the online safety training “Radiation Protection – Supervised Area” is now available on the Safety Training catalogue on CERN’s Learning Hub (https://learninghub.cern.ch).

The changes performed aim at optimizing the learning path and user experience. The design of the course has been updated and its content has been adapted and notably aligned with the online course “Radiation Protection – Awareness” (implemented end of 2017). Additionally, this revision integrates the content of the former course “Radioactive Equipment – Traceability – TREC” which has been removed from the catalogue.

As before, validating this training “Radiation Protection – Supervised Area” will allow the participant to get a personal dosimeter and to work in Supervised Radiation Areas.

Une version révisée de la formation de sécurité en ligne « Radioprotection – Zone surveillée » est à présent disponible dans le catalogue Safety Training sur le Learning Hub du CERN (https://learninghub.cern.ch).

Les changements effectués visent à optimiser le parcours de formation et l’expérience utilisateur. Le design du cours a été mis à jour et son contenu a été adapté et notamment aligné avec le cours en ligne « Radioprotection – Sensibilisation » (publié fin 2017). De plus, cette révision intègre le contenu de l’ancien cours « Equipement radioactif – Traçabilité – TREC » qui a été retiré du catalogue.

Comme précédemment, la validation de cette formation permettra au participant d’obtenir un dosimètre personnel et de travailler en Zones Surveillées.
